The INTERNATIONAL FILM DISTRIBUTION SUMMIT (IFDS) is an international platform dedicated to film distribution and has been part of the FILMFEST HAMBURG INDUSTRY DAYS since 2025. It focuses on current developments and changes within the global film industry and their impact on international distribution practice. In particular, it addresses how film distribution companies can continue to evolve in response to shifting economic, technological and social conditions.
