Hello, dear film fans!
Spooky Halloween adventures, fantastic worlds and special stories from around the globe: in 2026, FilmFest Hamburg Junior brought young audiences and international filmmakers together at the cinema. Our Junior Jury, Junior Moderation Team and Junior Movie Kids were all part of the festival, contributing their questions, ideas and perspectives. To close the festival, the Junior Jury awarded the MAJA – JUNIOR Film Prize 2026 to Julián by Louise Bagnall. Thank you for the great interest and for all the wonderful cinema moments we shared. We look forward to seeing you again next year!
