Synopse
Love in a loveless world: a drama about mutual solidarity, support and hope in precarious times for two people who identify as women. On the edge of Hamburg, worlds collide. When Lord (17) saves Betty (78) from suicide, an unexpected door opens for both. Between suspicion and closeness, a quiet alliance is formed: against invisibility, poverty and resignation.
Regie
Caren Wuhrer is a director and screenplay writer. She studied Visual Communication, specializing in film and video at the Hochschule for Gestaltung, Offenbach and then Direction at the Hamburg Media School. After various short films, LORD came about in the context of the "Nordlichter" talent programme.
