Story
Age recommendation: 10 years and older.
13-year old Ramin is curious about his future. He loves roaming the Finnish forests with his friends. He’s looking forward to his first party and has even fallen in love for the first time. Ramin lives with his Iranian family in a refugee hostel, where they master everyday life with confidence and good humour. However, if their application for asylum is turned down, their new life will come to an abrupt end.

HAMY RAMEZAN was born in Iran and as a child fled with his family from persecution. Since 1990, he has lived in Finland. After studying film at the UCA in Farnham, UK, he made several shorts. Any Day Now is his debut feature film.Trailer
