Synopse
The last days of Jugoslawia are played out at a border post with Albania. The border commander declares a state of emergency to cure his syphilis because during R&R his wife would surely find out. Not another film about the war, but a comedy about the tragedy that kept this region busy afterwards for a decade, says the director. And: a box office hit in the whole region.
