Synopse
Using elements of black humour, Małgorzata Szumowska examines the difficulty of dealing with the loss of people close to one. Body won the Silver Bear for Best Direction in 2015. Janusz is a person who isn’t easily shocked. As a coroner, he examines every crime scene in minute detail. But he is helpless in the face of his anorexic daughter Olga, who is still mourning the loss of her mother. Worried that she might commit suicide, he has her transferred to a clinic where psychologist Anna works. She lost a baby many years before and invokes ghosts who speak to the living from the other side.
