Synopse
A powerful ensemble piece and a drama about a group of young people between traumas and dreams. When the police once again bring 17-year old Lucia to the psychiatric ward, she knows her way around. She sees her friend Eloïse again and meets new patients with their own histories. The medical team led by Etienne are trying to do their best for everyone, but the ward is short-staffed. Fragile relationships are formed between patients and carers which create a sensitive balance and enable moments of hope, recovery and exuberance.

Cédric Kahn is a French director, author and actor. L'Ennui (1998) won him the renowned Prix Louis Delluc, while his courtroom drama The Goldman Case (2023) was shown at FilmFest Hamburg.
