FilmFest Hamburg Junior invites school classes and daycare centers to experience the festival together at the movie theater and discover stories from different cultures.
The program for school classes features Julián, Pukam Pukai, and Gugu’s World—three films about friendship, family, solidarity, and the courage to forge one’s own path. They open up new perspectives on different ways of life and offer a variety of teaching opportunities. Selected screenings are accompanied by film discussions with international guests.
The Junior Shorts offer daycare groups a varied program of short films full of imagination, humor, and grand adventures in a compact format. Lina Paulsen (Director of Mo&Friese) will guide the audience through the approximately one-hour event with a child-friendly presentation.
