Death of a Man in Balkans

Story

A lonely composer commits suicide in his flat. The pistol shot alarms the other inhabitants of the house. Neighbour Aca is first on the scene and calls the police, but they are delayed in traffic. One by one, other tenants turn up and pass the time while waiting for the police with memories of the deceased, with drinking, eating and chess. A panoply of different characters enter the flat as if it were a stage. What the “mourners” don’t yet know is thatthey’re being filmed by a webcam which is at the same time the film camera. An off-the-wall satire of Serbian society, filmed in a single take.
