A refreshing cinematic caricature about a film crew trying to deal with a horde of unruly youths. Boulogne-Sur-Mer, Northern France. Ryan, Lily, Maylis and Jessy don’t have the best reputations in the neighbourhood. But it’s precisely these four tearaways who have been cast by a Belgian director for his film, which is causing quite a stir in town. As fragile as they are courageous, the four teenagers try and manoeuvre their way between outside expectations, adult tricks, the envy of their peers and their own dreams.
LISE AKOKA and ROMANE GUERET once worked as casting agents, before they made their first feature film The Worst Ones. It won the main prize in the section Un Certain Regard at Cannes.
