Story
In this oppressive political thriller from Haider Rashid, a refugee runs through the forests that mark the border to Europe. Kamal has fled Iraq and made it as far as the Turkish-Bulgarian frontier. The people-smugglers have just been paid off when the police find Kamal and the other refugees, who scatter. Left to his own devices, the young Iraqi tries to find a way through the forest, wandering for three days and nights, in constant fear of being found by the police and self-styled manhunters when all he wants is to live his life in dignity and safety.
