Story
Costa da Morte is the a region in northwest Galicia. In the Roman era, it was known as “the end of the world”, a dramatic nickname reflecting the many shipwrecks that have occurred in this rocky, foggy and stormy area over the course of history. The camera moves through this expansive land full of legends and observes the local fishermen, farmers and craftsmen and their lives in a landscape that gives a lot, but demands a lot in return. The film attempts to reveal the mystery of the region and understand what connects the inhabitants with the land and its history. Screening on 28.09. in attendance of: Lois Patiño (Director)
