Perhaps in the 1960s, perhaps in the future. Seven astronauts wake up on board a spaceship without knowing where they’ve come from or where they’re heading. The shuttle is on autopilot. Various tasks are allocated to the passengers according to a vague plan, but most of the time they spend meditating and debating. They seek an explanation for their situation, posit different physical, philosophical and semiological theories, and find both proof and disproof of the existence of God. The journey through the infinity of the universe becomes a flight of enlightenment – about the very first and last questions of humanity. Cosmodrama is a sci-fi drama without special effects, but instead with special characters and a very special sense of humour.
