Story
While two parents fight for the life of their son, their love threatens to founder on events supposedly long past. Tunesia, summer 2011. Fares, Meriem and their son Aziz are a modern family that continue to lead priveleged lives six months after the overthrow of the Ben Ali regime. One day, they drive to the South of the country on an excursion to the breath-taking beauty of the Tunisian desert. But the holiday becomes a nightmare when their car is attacked by armed men and Aziz is badly wounded. As he’s too weak to be moved, they wait in a rudimentary hospital for an organ donation. A gruelling time of uncertainty begins, causing deep, new wounds.
