Story
A moving drama about mourning, pain and despair. Anna, a single mother, is doing extra shifts as an emergency doctor in order to fulfil a long-held dream: a flat of their own for her and her daughter Katia that would allow them to finally break out of the cramped living situation with the sick grandmother and her aunt and lead an independent life. But on the way to school the unspeakable happens: Katia is run over and dies a few weeks later in hospital. For Anna, the start of a fateful downwards spiral.
