Synopse
16-year old Nisha leads a double life in Oslo. For her strict Pakistani parents, she is the perfect daughter. Then, when she goes out with her friends, she is a normal Norwegian teenager. When Nisha's father catches her with a boy, her life changes drastically: she is sent to relatives in Islamabad and suddenly finds herself in a completely alien culture. Nisha is now in an arbitrary world without freedom and has to watch as her previous life gradually disappears. What Will People Say is a gripping drama about trying to defend against the loss of one's own identity.
