Synopse
The Kenyan Masoud was once a legendary shark hunter. His body carries the marks of decades of hunting. Despite his 70 years, the fisherman dreams of one last big catch. With his grandson Yuma, he ventures ever further out into the ocean in the search for the shark that will crown Masoud's life. The struggle between the generations who can seldom agree is interwoven with the telling of old folk myths of the local fisherfolk. A poetic film full of outstanding imagery about the belief in Creation, which won the prize for Best Documentary Direction at the Tribeca Film Festival.
