Synopse
Two women defy class differences: an intense drama about female solidarity with Isabelle Huppert and Hafsia Herzi. Alma lives alone in a large terraced house, single mother Mina in a council flat in another town. What the women have in common is a partner in prison. When one day Alma gathers that due to an error Mina’s visit has been postponed to the next day, she is impressed by her self-confident bearing. To save her the long trek back to her home town, she invites her to stay over at her house. A special relationship begins between the two very different women.

Since Mistkerle (1989), her debut as director, PATRICIA MAZUY (*1960 in France) has made a name for herself as a many-facetted representative of French cinema. Visiting Hours premiered in Cannes in the Quinzaine des Cinéastes section.
