Synopse

A film editor is working on a film about blind people. A melancholy reflection on cinema and the magic of the montage. Eva sits editing a documentary begun by a friend shortly before he died. She is supported by her assistant Rami. Together they view the footage waiting to be put together – discuss, weigh up decisions, scrap some, start again. Two people taking their professional practice seriously and defending themselves against the omnipresent randomness of the pictures.

MARÍA APARICIO (*1992 in Argentina) works as a director and teacher. In 2016, her directorial debut The Streets won several awards. In 2022, FILMFEST HAMBURG showed her film About the Clouds.
