Synopse

A broken relationship, a worn-out pop idol, a Scandinavian tourist and a collection of insects are the ingredients of this profound drama. Carla and her husband fight while on holiday and he abandons her by the wayside. Soon she meets Ulrik, a Norwegian backpacker. Together, they hike to a nature reserve with seven waterfalls. The park warden is an ex-star with two unscrupulous beasts for nieces. Between sex, parties and badminton, she soon experiences the same emotional disasters as in Santiago.

Alicia Scherson, born in 1974, director and writer."Turistas" (2008) is her second feature film following "Play" (2005).
