Synopse
Three chapters inspired by and shot in the capital of Japan: "Interior Design" by Michel Gondry recounts how the big city changes a dreamy young girl. "Shaking Tokyo" by Bong Joon-ho concatenates an earthquake with love at first sight. "Merde" by cinema rebel Leos Carax centres on a protagonist named Merde (Denis Lavant), a sort of one-eyed imp. This alternative city guide features an accident, a fantasy language without subtitles and several strokes of cinematic genius.
