Synopse
Elizabeth Gray lives in the 1970s in rural Canada. She leads the typical life of a pre-teen, has a loving family and her best friend Belle lives just across the street. In biology class Elizabeth has to indicate the family's blood types. And there it is: The girl can in no possible way be her parents' child. She has been adopted. Suddenly she is not sure, who she really is and where she belongs. But after the first shock the girl sets out to find her real parents. A touching coming-of-age drama about family and finding out where one's roots are.
