Synopse
Santiago Mitre’s debut feature is a clever political satire. Roque comes to Buenos Aires to begin studying and plunges into a life of partying and affairs – until one day he falls in love with Paula, an assistant lecturer. She brings him into contact with university politics: a new election for dean is pending. Roque, who has never been that interested in official university life, enjoys planning strategies. All the more so when he meets Alberto Acevedo, a member of the faculty. Acevedo teaches the young man the secrets of campaign and lobby work. And suddenly Roque sees himself as an aspiring student leader.
