Synopse

DOCUMENTARY A rare look inside the most expensive boarding school in the world, where pupils are educated to be world leaders.They are the offspring of millionaires and oligarchs and attend an elite boarding school. One boy stands out: Berk. A loner with problems in almost every subject – because his life after school has been planned down the tiniest detail by his father. Berk secretly longs for a simple life in his home city of Istanbul. And he misses his friends. He remains uninspired at school, until one day an unusual topic is introduced: the future. But is there enough time left for him to turn his results around and pass his final exams?

RADEK WEGRZYN (*1977) was born in Poland and studied film at the University of Film in Babelsberg. He came to the attention of critics and audiences with his feature film Father, Son and Holy Cow (2011) and the music documentary Violinissimo (2012).
