Synopse

Fear eats policemen and women. A complex drama from the POV of inside a special unit, which loses control at a demonstration. A demonstration escalates into violence. The next day, policeman Jan Vogt (Justus Johanssen) wakes up in hospital with a severe head injury, the public view is that he was responsible for the special unit’s failings. One person died, 57 were injured, because the police attacked peaceful demonstrators. How did all this come about? Chief Inspector Charlotte Stauffer (Brigitte Hobmeier) leads the internal investigation and uncovers a complex scenario in which the borders between victims and perpetrators are blurred.

NICOLAI ROHDE (*1966 in Bremen) studied at the HfK Bremen, the Film Academy Vienna and the HFF Potsdam-Babelsberg. He has worked as a director on numerous thrillers, as for Tatort and Polizeiruf 110.
