Synopse
Tarantino in Friesland: the Amsterdam gangster Ronnie is almost killed and undergoes a near-death experience. This changes him, to the consternation of his bodyguard Janus. Together, the two oddballs roam the small Dutch town of Dokkum, where they suspect the perpetrator to be hiding. The Angolan refugee Eduardo has also ended up in Friesland. Like Ronnie, he is suffering from a trauma. This wonderfully elliptical comedy brings the two men together – and a vengeful Friesian farmer.
