Synopse
A country girl forced into prostitution and an ageing photographer tormented by the shadows of his past are the protagonists in this emotional drama. After she is raped, 25-year-old Sita (Shanty) finds shelter with photographer Johan (Lim Kay Tong). While she cleans for him, she secretly dreams of learning photography to take over his business one day. Johan refuses to teach her, though – because she is a woman. The art of photography as an unusual means of a woman's determination of identity.
