Synopse
In 1974, troubled Australian concert promoter, Rod Blue (Joel Edgerton), takes one big gamble to save his skin and persuades Frank Sinatra (Dennis Hopper) to go on tour in Australia. But when Sinatra insults a journalist at the opening press conference, Blue finds not only the papers, but also the unions against him. Meanwhile all Sinatra does is flirt with his young wife (Melanie Griffith). Paul Goldman’s bitter comedy depicts Sinatra as being caustic and cynical, and provides a reminder of the power trade unions had in the 70s.
