Synopse
Linguists have estimated that half the c 7000 languages existing today will have disappeared by the end of the century. On average, one language becomes extinct every fortnight. Directors Seth Kramer, Daniel A. Miller and Jeremy Newberger followed the linguists David Harrison and Gregory Anderson all over the globe in search of endangered languages, leading them to Siberia, India, China, American Indian reserves and Bolivia. A Sundance Festival success not just for students of linguistics!
