Synopse
Kullorsuaq, a village in Northern Greenland, population 444. Two actors, both called Thomas, travel from Paris to the extremely remote ice desert to visit Nathan, the father of one of the Thomases. The elderly gentleman has lived for years in this archaic place where time seems to have stood still and people go on seal hunts just like their ancestors did. For the two slightly flaky creatives, encountering the Inuit community and their rules is something of a culture shock: no alcohol, no sewerage, raw meat. Gradually, however, they familiarize themselves with the alien culture and succumb to the inhabitants' charm – far more than they might actually like. Urbanites meet Inuits: The Journey to Greenland is a refreshing, funny culture clash comedy at the end of the world.
