Synopse
Christoffer (Ulrich Thomsen) is heir to a Danish steel company in the fourth generation. He married in Sweden and has a restaurant in Stockholm. When his father dies, his mother (Ghita Nørby) insists that he return and take over the company. To the family’s surprise, Christoffer comes back, and to everyone’s surprise discovers that the firm is on the verge of bankruptcy. As family secrets come to light, Christoffer’s inheritance may have too high a price... "The Inheritance" was a big box-office success in Denmark.
