Synopse

"Other boys our age have bikes or cars. And what have we got?" Fragments from the everyday life of Juninho, Menor, Neguinho, Adilson and Eldo, five young men who live on the outskirts of the Brazilian city of Contagem. They work hard, ride skateboards, love music, are fascinated by weapons and drugs. And: they play themselves. Between fact and fiction, work and free time, crime and hope, the five seek different ways to tame their inner tigers. The Hidden Tiger is an artistically composed, captivatingly authentic coming-of-age story that was made over a period of four years.
