Synopse
The satire, shot shortly before the Russian war of aggression, questions truth and justice with bizarre humour. Yura, a young naturalist in Ukraine, witnesses an arson, but no one is interested in his evidence. Instead, he gets a job at the newspaper. As the war looms, his naïve worldview is shaken by fake news and rigged elections.

ROMAN BONDARCHUK (*1982 in Ukraine) was Ukraine's Oscar nominee with his documentary Ukrainian Sheriffs (2015). His feature film debut Volcano (2018) caused an international sensation and won several awards.
