Synopse
Business lawyer Urs Blank (Moritz Bleibtreu) is a star in the field of merger negotiation. His life, both business and private, seems more or less perfect. But the 45-year old is in a midlife crisis. He starts an affair with Lucille (Nora von Waldstätten) who is the exact opposite to him and sells joss sticks at flea markets. One weekend, she persuades him to try magic mushrooms. For the lawyer, the consequences are serious: something in the mushrooms changes his personality and brings out a dark side. To avoid hurting anyone and to try and refind his old self, he decides that he will from now on live in the woods. The Dark Side of the Moon is the intense adaptation of the eponymous novel by Martin Suter.
