Synopse
The heroine of this charming comedy sparkling with Jewish humour is 9 years old. Her name is Rachel Gladstein and she suffers from the excessive quantities of love and meatballs lavished on her by her over-caring parents. She can hardly wait for school to restart and, when it does, her life is turned on its head. She gets toknow Valérie and the two become friends. Rachel enjoys the fact that life at Valérie's place is so much more relaxed than at home and makes the most of it. Alongside the two excellent young actors playing the girls, Denis Podalydès and Agnès Jaoui are brilliant as Rachel's parents.
