Synopse
The true story of a great love. In 1975, Pikay by chance meets the young Swede Lotta and falls head over heels for her. When Lotta returns to Sweden, on an impulse Pikay jumps on his bike and follows her. He’s convinced that she is the woman an astrologist predicted for him when he was a child. His journey takes him 7,000km through India, Afghanistan, Iran, Turkey and Europe. To survive, Pikay puts his trust in his drawings, his positive attitude – and the good in humankind.
Regie
Orlando von Einsiedel is a British director and producer. His film Virunga (2014) was nominated for an Oscar as Best Documentary, for The White Helmets (2016) he won the Oscar Best Documentary Short.
