Synopse
Gabi goes to people's homes to turn the water supply off if they haven't paid their bills. That's his job. Either he does it or he's out of work. The more people he deprives of water, the more he earns, sneaking into back courtyards where the water meters are. This has made him very unpopular, even hated. When people see him, they curse and sometimes beat him. They make Gabi responsible for their situation. But he keeps doing his job, he has a family to feed. And a dream that keeps him going. Idan Hubel's quiet drama was shown at this year's Venice festival in the Orizzonti section which is dedicated to trends and discoveries in world cinema.
