Synopse
In a world destroyed by climate change, a commission decides who can have children and who can’t: a sci-fi thriller that is disturbingly real. Mia and Aaryan would love to have a child. But in order to ensure that the world doesn’t become overpopulated, the government decides from case to case. Over seven days, Mia and Aaryan are evaluated by assessor Virginia (Alicia Vikander) to ascertain whether they are suitable parental material. They’re nervous: on the one hand, they have everything they need – they live in a quiet, remote house and are professionally successful. But their assessor also sketches out various terrible scenarios. And soon the right answers aren’t so obvious any more.
