Synopse
Because Nina Schramm (Anja Kling), chairwoman of a populist party, is receiving an increasing number of death threats, Inspector Falke (Wotan Wilke Möring) and his colleague Grozs (Franziska Weisz) are tasked with protecting her. Shortly afterwards, her car is destroyed in an explosion and her husband Richard killed. Suspicion soon falls on extreme left-wing circles. Then other evidence turns up which points in a completely different direction. Political thriller with numerous plot twists.

NIKI STEIN (*1961) has made numerous episodes of Tatort and award-winning TV films like Bis nichts mehr bleibt [Until Nothing Remains] (2010) and Rommel (2012). In 2015, his film Öl – Die Wahrheit über den Untergang der DDR was shown at FILMFEST HAMBURG.
