Synopse
Just before the start of the Kieler Woche sailing regatta, the body of a brutally murdered woman is found in the centre of the state capital. There's no trace of the perpetrator. When Inspector Borowski tries to examine the deceased's flat, he finds it in flames – and sees the suspected murderer trying to destroy all traces of the deed. The man manages to escape. When another body is found, Borowski and his assistant Brandt are alarmed: is there a serial killer at work?
