Synopse

After their mother's death, journalist Thomas Haemmerli and his brother Erik open the door to her apartment and discover how messy family secrets can be: their mother was a compulsive hoarder. The things they find range from unpleasant (mum's vibrator) to interesting (photographs from the 30s), as well as a previously unbeknown link to nobility and a collective memory of Kofi Annan.

THOMAS HAEMMERLI (*1964) worked in ad agencies and for Swiss TV. Seven Dumpsters and a Corpse was shown at FILMFEST HAMBURG in 2007. I Am Gentrification: Confessions of a Scoundrel is his seventh film.
