Synopse

Documentary in two parts by Horst Königstein from the TV-series Sympathy for the Devil. Beatles-drummer Ringo Star talks about the time until 1962 – when the Beatles had their first hit record with "Love Me Do" and performed for the last time in the Star-Club. Ringo describes the most exciting success story of the twentieth century from his point of view.

Horst Königstein (*1945)worked as editor for the NDR. He is adocumentary filmmaker and teaches asprofessor for media at Cologne.
