Synopse
A powerful film portraying the dramatic dilemma of a Russian refugee family – and a syndrome which makes children withdraw into apathy. Sergei and Natalia fled with their two daughters from Russia to Sweden and hope to get recognized as refugees. Katja, the younger daughter, is the only one who witnessed the treatment her father suffered. But her parents don’t think she will be able to deal with the questioning by the immigration authorities. When their application for asylum is rejected, Katja falls into a coma. Sergei and Natalia try everything to bring their daughter back to life. And at the same time try and find a way to stay in Sweden.
