Synopse
Jenny Lamour is an ambitious singer in postwar Paris. When the lecherous but powerful Georges Brignon harasses Jenny and invites her to dinner promising a role in a film, her husband and accompanist Maurice looses his temper and threatens Brignon with death. A few days later Jenny goes to see the old man at his house, here Maurice is also headed with the intention of killing him. Yet, when he arrives there, he finds Brignon's house open and the man dead on the floor...
