Synopse
The drama of a young mother in the face of an inconceivable loss. A few days before the return of her husband Ludger (Hanno Koffler) from a training seminar in the USA, Eva (Friederike Becht) wakes up one morning beside the lifeless body of her baby, who has died in a tragic case of cot death. Unable to confide in anyone, Eva wanders the streets in shock. When she chances on an unattended baby in a multi-storey car park, in despair she takes it with her and from then on pretends it is her own. After her husband’s return, colleagues of his from the police start investigating the case of the kidnapped baby. Without realizing that he himself is affected, he helps the investigation take a major step forward.

LARS-GUNNAR LOTZ (*1982) studied Film in Kassel and Ludwigsburg. His graduation film Schuld are immer die anderen won the 2012 Studio Hamburg Young Talent Prize. Since then he has made TV series episodes like Stralsund and Polizeiruf 110.
