Synopse
Household chores and industrial disputes: a single dad and employee representative has to deal with a twofold challenge. From one day to the next, Olivier (Romain Duris) is completely alone – his wife dumps him and their two young children. This private crisis begins to leach into his work life: the 40-year old is a team leader and employee representative in a large mail-order company. When an older colleague is fired, Olivier gets into a dispute with the management. One man, two battle fronts. Full of energy, Olivier plunges into the fray with all guns blazing. But the next stage in the escalation is just around the corner.

For his debut film The Keeper, GUILLAUME SENEZ (*1978) won numerous prizes, including the NDR Young Talent Prize at FilmFest Hamburg. Our Struggles is his second film and had its premiere at Cannes in the section »La Semaine de la Critique«.
