Synopse
In 1959, intergalactic agent WA4 was given a dangerous mission: to travel to Planet Earth and assassinate Brazil's President Juscelino Kubitschek during the opening ceremony for the city of Brasília. But during his journey complications arise and he ends up landing in Brazil's prison capital Ceilândia in the year 2016. Only the post-war Queen Andreia can help him kill the monsters who are now sitting in Congress. A dark science fiction parable on the social shortcomings in today's Brazil.

ADIRLEY QUEIRÓS (*1970) had made several shorts and documentaries, before turning to feature films in 2014 with his debut White Out, Black In, which he showed at FILMFEST HAMBURG. Once There was Brasília is his second feature.
