Synopse
They've never worn skates in their lives. Let alone held an ice hockey stick. Nevertheless, they're going to the Bandy World Championships in Siberia. A group of refugees make up the first team from Somalia to play this form of ice hockey that is so popular in Sweden. The idea came from an eccentric businessman in the little town of Borlänge. He wanted to help the young men in their integration and signed an absolute Bandy legend, Per Fosshaug, as coach. But every beginning is hard – and sometimes hysterically funny. Accompanied and commented on by the well-known Swedish duo of entertainers Fredrik Wikingsson and Filip Hammar, the film follows the young Somalis' long journey from their first hesitant steps on the ice to the very first goal in the history of their country.
