Synopse
After the murder of a policeman on the Polish border, the getaway car is found abandoned in a multi-storey car park in Hamburg: a minibus that had been full of African refugees when it was stopped for checking. The KDD unit investigates. Lisa Brenner (Barbara Auer) and Yannick Kruse (Christoph Letkowski) question asylum seekers in their accommodation. Then a female witness is murdered. Shortly afterwards, an internal investigation of Lisa Brenner begins: she has killed a suspect and it obviously wasn't in self-defence. Then everything starts to happen very quickly and the Nachtschicht team are running out of time.

Since the 1980s, LARS BECKER (*1954) has been making cinema and TV films. With his self-written series of films under the title Nightshift, he has been a regular guest at FILMFEST HAMBURG since 2003.
