Synopse
Julien and Simon are in their thirties and want to get out of the tedium of the Belgian provinces. Simon is back living with his parents after breaking up with his girlfriend, while Julien never left and looks after his sick father. When he finally starts feeling better, the two friends decide to make a break for freedom – in a mobile home. Their journey across Europe ends after just a few kilometres with engine failure. The two naïfs promptly classify the repair workshop as the first stage of their journey – not knowing what still lies ahead. Mobile Home is a charming road movie about wanting to escape and not making it.
